Ivye Gardner, MSW, LSW
Chief Executive Officer
Ivye Gardner is a licensed social worker that is naturally gifted and passionate about working with others but is also trained and skilled to work with helping others find the best in themselves. She enjoys seeing people grow spiritually and mentally. Her aim is to empower others and help them reach personal and professional goals. She is a public speaker, consultant, CEO/Founder of an International accredited Community Behavioral Health Center, seminar and workshop presenter.
Ivye’s mission in life is to help others navigate through opposition respectfully and with class. This mission led her to open a Community Behavioral Health Center that is called HONOR WITH CLASS, in which, HONOR stands for Helping Others Navigate through Opposition Respectfully.
Ivye graduated from Wilberforce University in 2003 with her Bachelor of Art Degree in Psychology and graduated from the University of Cincinnati in 2008 with her master’s degree in Social Work. Ivye has been in the field of social work for over 20 years, serving as a Residential Specialist, Education Specialist, Teacher’s Aide, Children’s Service Worker, Mental Health and Substance Abuse Therapist, Behavioral Health Coordinator, and now CEO, Consultant, Seminar and Workshop Presenter.
She has obtained certification for a Home Health Aid Agency, Daycare Center, Community Behavioral Health Center, and has helped over 22 social service agencies obtain international accreditation.
Stephona Hubbard
Executive Assistant
Stephona Hubbard is a former corporate accountant turned coordinator and planner. Passionate about serving, she joined HONOR With Class in the early stages determined to make an impactful contribution to society and, particularly, those in need. As Executive Administrative Assistant, she thrives on supporting HONOR With Class staff and other stakeholders with accurate and timely information, rewarding and enjoyable events, and spirited encouragement. Stephona loves sports, reading and gathering with friends and family.
Andrew Working, MSW, LSW
Clinical Supervisor
Andrew has been a social worker since 2006, working with children and adults of all demographics. He has experience with adults and children with severe mental health problems, anxiety, depression, psychosis and more. Also, my experiences range from working in schools and community based mental health services. Andrew is a licensed social worker, school social worker, and trauma certified trainer and have trained around 50 therapists in their trauma certification journeys. Graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from University of Cincinnati, Bachelor’s in Social Work from Northern Kentucky University, and Associate of Arts with a concentration in Psychology from Cincinnati State. He trains staff to be versed in four therapeutic modalities of; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Strength Based Therapy, and Polyvagal Therapy in order to accommodate our clients’ needs.
